چکیده
Terminology working memory often used to describe the whole process of structure in memory, including executive function, which all information retains and uses temporary period. Simple EEG, like Headband Muse Electroencephalography (EEG) 4 sensors EEG is one tools neuroscience research investigate neuronal different condition, as well simple easiest way. Results this study hopefully provide baseline data for another neurofeedback cognitive process. Material & Methods using Muse, portable low cost wireless two-channel headband, we record 23 students at 4th grade elementary school Jatinangor. The ? brain waves bands were recorded while they get span task, had sequences base 1, read interphase1, recall 2, 2 interphase2, 2. result difference between gender. Oscillation wave will loaded into MATHLAB. In study, report sex related changes trends power peak frequency both frontal temporoparietal sites, several condition task male participants increasing higher than female students. also stated asymetri cortex decreasing TP AF. We discuss our finding probability chages their attentional emotional Encoding retrieval influence.

Working memory capacity and gender
The working memory capacity (WMC) of 400 Russian college students was measured using the Tarnow Unchunkable Test [2] which tests WMC alone without requiring explicit working memory operations. We found small-sized WMC differences by gender and a u-shaped curve: the male/female ratio increases for low and high WMC. The gender proportion in each academic fields was a strong determinant of the ave...
متن کاملFrontal midline EEG dynamics during working memory.
We show that during visual working memory, the electroencephalographic (EEG) process producing 5-7 Hz frontal midline theta (fmtheta) activity exhibits multiple spectral modes involving at least three frequency bands and a wide range of amplitudes. The process accounting for the fmtheta increase during working memory was separated from 71-channel data by clustering on time/frequency transforms ...
متن کاملNeural Correlates of the Difference between Working Memory Speed and Simple Sensorimotor Speed: An fMRI Study
The difference between the speed of simple cognitive processes and the speed of complex cognitive processes has various psychological correlates. However, the neural correlates of this difference have not yet been investigated. In this study, we focused on working memory (WM) for typical complex cognitive processes. Functional magnetic resonance imaging data were acquired during the performance...
متن کاملExploring intermediate phenotypes with EEG: working memory dysfunction in schizophrenia.
This review brings together two strands of investigation in the neuropsychology and neurophysiology of schizophrenia that have been particularly productive over the last 20 years. We review the literature on working memory deficits, particularly in the visual domain, and changes in oscillatory neural activity as measured with electroencephalography (EEG) and magnetoencephalography (MEG). We arg...
متن کاملWorking memory training using EEG neurofeedback in normal young adults.
Recent studies have shown that working memory (WM) performance can be improved by intensive and adaptive computerized training. Here, we explored the WM training effect using Electroencephalography (EEG) neurofeedback (NF) in normal young adults. In the first study, we identified the EEG features related to WM in normal young adults. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve showed that...
